Handmade Gift/Banner & Tea Cup Tues.

For my banner, I used glass glitter, handmade lace flowers from strips of lace and my fathers vintage sheet music copied onto cardstock.

To see a tutorial on how to make this banner see, Terri at Artful Affirmations. She has the most beautiful homemade ornaments and teacups!! See Terri for Teacup Tuesday links.

ArtGlitter

Check out ArtGlitter with Martha Stewart. She has some great ideas for our artglitter, glass glitter and diamond dust we don't tend to reach for in our projects very often. I especially love the bird cards with the wonderful banner. The banner templates can be downloaded for printing.

Whimsical Christmas Jars/Glass Glitter

This weekend at our craft fair one of the ladies had a small display of German Glass Glitter. I was very excited to pick some up from her. It is so pretty on art pieces but never took the time to find it for myself. I think I will have to share some of this with a few artsy friends of mine. I just love the color of the bird.

Here's to finishing all 12 toppers for my mother-in-law!!!! I'm a bit obsessed though. I don't think I'm finished for the season.
